How much is shipping?

All USA orders over $50 receive FREE shipping.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat fee of $6.00 per order.

How quickly can my order be delivered?

You should receive your order within 5-7 working days.

Which courier/shipping company do you use?

Most of our orders are shipped via DHL for fast and reliable delivery. For larger shipments, we typically use UPS to ensure secure and efficient handling.

Is my order tracked?

Yes, all orders are sent fully tracked.

Where are the items stored?

We store most of our face masks in either our Tampa, FL or Salt Lake City, UT warehouses.

Do you ship internationally? (International Shipments)

We currently offer shipments exclusively to Canada.

Shipping fees may vary depending on your location.

Please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to your order.

Returns Information

Can I return an item?

Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns on unopened items.

How long do I have to return an item?

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, please refer to full details here.

Who is responsible for returns shipping costs?

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for items that are no longer needed, ordered by mistake etc.

If the return request is a result of our error. For instance you received an incorrect or defective item, etc, we will send you a pre-paid postage label.

Full Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs.

However if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will send you a pre-paid postage label.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days of your package being received by us, however, for the majority of cases we expect the refund process to take less time.
